Capital Crest develops and sells residential property in New Cairo. We take on a small number of plots at a time, manage construction end to end, and hand over units complete — no unfinished promises, no third-party contractors we cannot vouch for.

We build what we would live in. A home is judged in the years after handover, not in the brochure.

Capital Crest is founded in New Cairo with a first plot in Beit Al Watan — one compound, one standard, built to last.

2023
First handover

The first building is completed and handed over fully finished, ahead of schedule — proof that our process works.

2025
Expansion

Three plots under active development across Beit Al Watan and the Fifth Settlement, with a growing sales and site team.

A dedicated after-sales team, stronger broker partnerships, and a standing commitment to finish every unit before it is sold.
